NPD Jargon Buster: Product Description

The next document is the Product Description, and this is relatively self-explanatory. The outputs of the project may be a service, or it may be a product, or it could be both. The Product Description describes these outputs regardless of form and it will layout the quality criteria, format, composition, and overall purpose. Thisdocument is like the Project Product Description but with some key differences as you will see.
