NPD Jargon Buster: Project Product Description

The next document is a Project Product Description, somewhat like the Product Description. Projects produce unique outputs the description of what this project in question will produce is centrally important. It may sometimes be very clear what is being produced, or it may be much more complicated. The product being described should be done so in sufficient detail to ensure that the final product produced within the project is acceptable. Therefore, there needs to be criteria of acceptability, and this should be agreed upon and stated within the Project Product Description, to ensure that all changes throughout the project are not by accident.
