We often get asked when you will get invoices from us. And as a general rule, we bill monthly.
We usually generate an invoice at the beginning of each month. This covers the services delivered during that month. You can also top up your service hours during a month if you wish to have a higher number of hours per week/month. All hours billed at the end of a month will be collected within 14 working days.
This is why it’s important for you to let us know if you want more capacity or deliverables during a certain week, so we can plan accordingly and don’t get surprised with extra invoices towards the end of the month (which might result in cashflow issues).
We do understand that some projects are unpredictable. It’s hard to plan ahead, especially during the early stages of development, when things can change quite quickly. That’s why we estimate the base hours at the beginning of each month and then we bill you for the extra hours, should that be necessary.
Sometimes we do have to adjust our team size towards the end of a month to stabilise capacity and rates during peak times. But we always run these variations through you first so there are no surprises.
